On average, homes in the local market are staged between 30-60 days. Our goal is to increase the value and the homes interior appeal so that it moves quickly in todays real estate market.
How much does staging cost?
Staging costs can vary and many factors are taken into consideration. We evaluate the size of the home, the areas to be staged and provide the best price to help you get the home sold quickly. What areas in the home do you recommend staging?
We focus on staging the most common areas of the home which include the living room, kitchen, dining, master bedroom and bathroom. We know that buyers make their purchasing decisions mainly from the aesthetics of these areas.
Do you stage occupied homes?
We do not stage occupied homes. We use new furnishings and in order to maintain our staging reputation and quality, we wrap and package all of our furnishings to keep them in unused condition.
How long does it take to stage?
Our team stages a home in 1-2 days time on your scheduled staging. Please allow up to 10 days to be placed on our schedule as scheduling times may vary depending on inventory and previously scheduled homes.

What type of furniture do you use?

Can the furnishing be purchased?
Yes, in most cases furnishing can be purchased with the home. Often buyers fall in love with the home and the furnishings and want to make a deal. Work closely with our staging reps to offer the best price for the furnishing. In some cases, based on supply and demand, we are not able to sell the furnishing. We will make our best effort to accommodate you and your home sell.
