Services

St. George Home Staging provides professional home staging and related services for residential properties. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, property size, and client needs. Specific services, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal provided to the client.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. Delays or inability to access the property may result in rescheduling fees or additional charges.

Fees & Payment

All fees are outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payment terms, deposits, and due dates will be specified prior to services being rendered. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. St. George Home Staging reserves the right to withhold or remove staging items for non-payment.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe stated in your service agreement. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional charges. Any changes to the scope of work after agreement may result in revised pricing.

Care of Staging Items

All staging furniture, décor, and accessories remain the property of St. George Home Staging unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients agree to take reasonable care of all staging items while they are in the property. Any damage, loss, or theft beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the client.

Removal of Staging

Staging items will be removed at the end of the agreed staging period or upon sale of the property, whichever occurs first, unless an extension is requested and approved. Extensions may incur additional fees.

Liability

St. George Home Staging is not responsible for damage caused by third parties, including homeowners, agents, buyers, pets, or contractors. Clients agree to maintain adequate insurance coverage on the property while staging items are present.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, staging concepts, and content created by St. George Home Staging are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without written permission.

Website Use

Any content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. George Home Staging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
